We’re offering a competitive starting wage of $60-$80 per hour, with the potential for pay increases as you progress within our team.  If we find that you have great skill and you work well with others, your pay will increase quickly. With us, you won’t need to worry about commission-based work. Your primary focus will be on completing projects that have already been bid on and accepted – so there’s no need for sales experience.

Not only do we provide a steady stream of work, but we also supply a company vehicle for your use. This means you won’t have to worry about wear and tear on your personal vehicle or the additional costs of fuel and maintenance.

But that’s not all. We believe in sharing our success with our team. That’s why we offer a profit-sharing plan that allows you to earn additional pay based on the profits made by the company. So, your hard work directly contributes to your earnings.
